Does this mean that we need to deduct 18 days from the total number of
“available annual leave days” or do we only deduct 13 days as
this period also involves 3 Sundays and 2 public holidays?</b></p>

<p>You can only deduct 13 days i.e. 3. Sundays and 2 Public Holidays. One
cannot count regular ‘off’ days and public holidays as part of annual
or medical leave.</p>
