This 2 days workshop is will address the insurance coverage in both Malaysia and Indonesia and will engage experts from both countries. The events aims to identify opportunities for workers to pursue insurance claims in either or both countries even after returning home.
A strong-cross border network with the knowledge and know-how needed to bring cross-border insurance claims is therefore vital to ensuring that covered workers have a real chance at obtaining access to this form of compensation.
As a first step to achieving that goal, this workshop aims to enable front-line organizations and practitioners in both countries to exchange information on insurance coverage and together develop strategies for more cross-border insurance claims in Malaysia and Indonesia.
