3 stars - by V.I.P BigBobbyD, Written on 2022-09-02 IMPORTANT: Once you have pumped the air out when first placing the veggies into the jar, do not touch it until the fermentation is done. Tested in a scrap piece of aluminum, they work great and I can't wait to use them in the field on some steel.

4 stars - by Feared Bordewick, Written on 2022-08-29 I had been using one of the smaller hand held scrapers which had retractable blades for safety and ended up going through about 2 of them during the process due to the poor build quality of the latching mechanisms to hold the razor blades. When I did the gauge and the fill port no longer matched with the shroud holes.
