SHAH ALAM, Jan 2 (Bernama) — A male Indonesian construction worker was killed and three other foreign workers were injured after being hit by a falling construction crane in Section 7 here today.
The dead worker was identified as Matrias, 38.
Shah Alam District Police chief, ACP Shafien Mamat said that Matrias and three other workers, aged in their 30s, were working at the construction site when the incident took place at 10.30 am.
He said Matrias was confirmed dead at the Shah Alam Hospital while his compatriot and two Bangladeshi workers who sustained broken legs were also treated at the same hospital.
Shafien said the cause of the incident was still being investigated…..
